Template for Modification of Development Consents

A modification to a development consent granted as a result of a decision on appeal by the Court needs to be registered on the NSW Planning Portal. To enable this to occur, the standard court orders (DOCX , 24.9 KB) need to be changed. The first annexure referred to in these orders, Annexure A (DOCX , 27.2 KB), is the template for the determination of the application to modify the consent. The second annexure referred to in these orders, Annexure B (DOCX , 26.1 KB), is the template for the development consent as modified. The consent as modified is the document to be uploaded to the Planning Portal. These templates are to be used when parties submit draft conditions of consent in accordance with the Court's Class 1 Practice Notes and directions.
