Policy and tabled documents
From 1 July 2010, the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (the GIPA Act) requires Business Centres of the Department of Justice and Attorney General to publish 'open access information' on their websites unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosing this information.
Open access information includes policy documents and any documents created by the Business Centre that are tabled in Parliament.
To view the Land and Environment Court Policy Documents see our Policies page in the Practice and Procedure section.
The Land and Environment Court does not create documents that are tabled in parliament.
Reports relating to the jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court, which are tabled in parliament, are created by the Legislation and Policy Division of the Department of Justice and Attorney General.
These reports include:
- the review of the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006 conducted in 2009 and tabled in parliament in December 2009.
- the Working Party Review report of Working Party set up by Attorney General on 7 April 2000 (published September 2001).
