COVID-19 Pandemic Arrangements Policy

The COVID-19 Pandemic Arrangements Policy is replaced by a new Policy effective from 10 December 2020.
The revised Policy sets out arrangements that revoke the Interim Protocol for the Issuing of Class 5 Proceedings, which was adopted as an interim measure to deal with the first phase of the COVID-19 Pandemic and amends the procedure for filing and applications in criminal proceedings.
